Overview

Stang’s straight stream Shapertip nozzle is molded from red rigid polyurethane and designed for a burst pressure in excess of 600 PSI. Inlets are 4” threaded female NH metal insert and incorporate an integral gasket seal. The discharge end of the tapered stream nozzle shall have a metal insert which is available in 1/4” increments from 2.000” to 3.750”. Each straight stream nozzle shall incorporate an integral polypropylene copolymer flow straightening grid (vanes) to eliminate radial flow swirl preventing premature breakup of the stream maximizing the stream reach.
