MANUFACTURED PRODUCT WARRANTY

A.        WARRANTY:

(1)       Stang Industries, Inc. (Stang) warrants that at the time of shipment, the products manufactured by Stang and sold hereunder shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.

B.        WARRANTY ADJUSTMENT:

(1)       Stang agrees to repair or furnish replacement parts on a F.O.B. Factory basis for any product, which within twelve (12) months from the date of shipment by Stang, shall upon test and examination by Stang prove defective within the above warranty.

(2)       If any defect under this warranty appears, Buyer shall notify Stang in writing immediately within said twelve (12) months from the date of shipment by Stang.

(3)       No product will be accepted for return or replacement without the written authorization of Stang. Upon such authorization, and in accordance with instructions by Stang, Buyer will return the product, SHIPPING CHARGES PREPAID.

C.        EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY:

(1)       THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE.

(2)       Stang will not be liable for any special or consequential damages or for loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of the products or any liability arising from usage of them either separately or in combination with any other equipment or material or from any other cause.

(3)       The warranty does not extend to any product manufactured by Stang, which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or to use in violation of instructions furnished by Stang.

(4)       The warranty does not extend to or apply to any unit which has been repaired or altered at any place other than at a Stang factory or by persons not expressly approved by Stang, nor to any unit, the serial number, and/or identification and warning labels, or nameplates which have been removed, defaced, or changed.

(5)       Components manufactured by any supplier other than Stang shall bear only that warranty made by the manufacturer of that product. The foregoing states our entire liability in respect to components manufactured by others.

(6)       Spare Parts covered under separate Spare Parts Warranty.

(7)       Extended warranty plans are available for an additional fee.  Please contact Stang Sales for details.

GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or email Stang's Sales Department for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 30-days of receipt of product.

Customized product or product that has been abused may not be returned under any circumstances.

For all other products, if the item is returned, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment.  The product must be returned to us within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.  All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that was included with the product.  Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.
